By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Treat mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

If you are a minor, you may use the App only with the supervision and consent of your parent or guardian.

Account Creation

To use the App, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and password. You agree to:

• •Maintain the security of your account credentials
• •Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• •Accept all activities that occur under your account

Subscriptions and Billing

The App may offer optional subscription plans for premium features. By initiating a subscription through the App Store or Google Play Store:

• Charges:You authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription amount on a recurring basis as stated.
• Billing:Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store according to their terms.
• Changes:We may change subscription prices with 30 days' advance notice.
• Renewal:Subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Refund Policy

All subscription payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Refunds are governed by the refund policies of these platforms:

• App Store:Apple typically allows refunds for in-app purchases within 14 days of purchase.
• Google Play:Google typically allows refunds within 48 hours of purchase.

To request a refund, please contact the respective app store directly. For subscription cancellation, manage your subscriptions through your device's app store settings.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful or prohibited purposes. Specifically, you agree not to:

• •Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• •Transmit malicious code or interfere with the App's functionality
• •Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• •Use the App to harass, threaten, or harm others
• •Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• •Create fraudulent or false accounts or data
• •Use automated tools or bots to access the App

Disclaimers

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• •The App will meet your specific requirements
• •The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• •Any defects will be corrected
• •The App is free from viruses or harmful components

We do not provide financial advice. The App is a tool for tracking and analyzing your spending. Always consult with a financial advisor before making financial decisions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Treat, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to:

• •Your use or inability to use the App
• •Loss of data or financial information
• •Business interruption or loss of profit
• •Unauthorized access to your account

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including if you breach any provision of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. We may delete your account and associated data after a reasonable period. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting support.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
